Quality Control

Kenmode incorporates quality controls into every phase of a project – from design through shipment – and monitors quality in real time. Detection of problems is an ongoing effort, using automated inspection technology and statistical process control to constantly monitor production standards and identify variances as soon as possible. Automated inspection equipment, such as in-die sensors and video inspection systems, provides instant measurements and transmits records throughout the manufacturing process, which then are charted via the statistical process control system (SPC) to detect variances.

Kenmode is committed to consistent, real-time quality control to detect potential problems as quickly as possible throughout production, rather than relying on random testing.

Year after year, Kenmode meets stringent global standards for quality, as well as industry-specific standards, to achieve our customers’ highest standards for quality.
